So far, I love everything about this workbook, especially the biblical principles! I started my Soul Fast journey last week and it’s been very beneficial to my days!

The workbook starts with helping you identify your reasons for the fast and goal setting. I am the Queen of getting something started and not following through. My goal is to work through my thoughts and stop this self-defeating behavior!

The workbook is divided into four sections:

  1. The Mind, Fasting from Toxic Thinking
  2. The Heart, Fasting from Toxic Emotions
  3. The Will, Fasting from Counterproductive Choices
  4. Our Relationships, Fasting from Toxic Relationships

I like to start my day with prayer, a bible scripture and a daily devotional. The Soul Fast daily entries have added value to my days. As a result, I am fully armored with the Word of God and better prepared for whatever the rest of my day may bring!

The Mind section of this book bring awareness to our thoughts. It’s amazing how often we subconsciously fall victim to self-defeating thoughts.
